Client Consultation & Meal Planning- Conduct onboarding calls/WhatsApp consults for new customers. - Create weekly customised plans for: PCOS , Thyroid & hormonal issues, Diabetes & insulin resistance, Weight loss / fat loss, Muscle gain, Athletes & gym-goers - Adjust meal plans weekly based on client progress. - Track protein, fibre, calories, and macros of subscription customers using our menu.2. Wellness Events- Deliver engaging talks on:oHigh-protein diets and nutritionoPCOS & thyroid-friendly eatingoFat-loss scienceoSmart snackingoPre- & post-workout nutrition- Conduct Q&A sessions on digital platform and at partner events. - Support the BD team in demos and sampling events.3. Daily Customer Support- Clarify nutrition questions on WhatsApp. - Provide advice on portion control, ingredients, substitutions. - Document weekly client progress & insights.4.
