About the Role:

We are actively looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate and support HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Support performance appraisal and training processes

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in an IT or service-based company)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in
    Hindi
    and
    English
    (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and eagerness to learn
