The Role:

As a Store Manager at NEWME, you will be at the forefront of driving store performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of dynamic individuals, ensuring they are motivated, aligned with our brand's vision, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your strong understanding of store metrics, coupled with your ability to solve problems on the go, will be key to your success. You will play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant and welcoming store environment that resonates with GenZ customers.


Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed store goals.

- Drive a customer-first culture by ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

- Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize sales, customer engagement, and overall profitability.

- Solve operational challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

- Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with the NEWME brand identity.

- Ensure that store operations run smoothly, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a hustle mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and leveraging store metrics to drive business performance.


Bonus Points:-

- Experience with working in a high-growth retail environment.

- Knowledge of fashion trends, particularly within the GenZ demographic.
