Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, managing sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Team management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail or footwear industry
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
