Experience & Skills :

Responsibilities :

Appian Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian platform.

- Ensure applications are scalable, robust, and follow best practices.

Database Management :

- Work with MySQL and MariaDB databases to create tables, views, and stored procedures.

- Ensure database designs are optimized for performance and reliability.

Certification and Expertise :

- Hold a minimum of Appian L2 certification.

- Apply certified knowledge to enhance application functionality and user experience.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Interact effectively with architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

Agile Methodologies :

- (Nice to have) Experience leading teams and working in Agile environments.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends.

- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance applications and processes.

Requirements :

Experience :

- Minimum of 6 years in IT with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Appian development.

Certification :

- Appian L2 certification is required.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in MySQL and MariaDB, including creating tables, views, and stored procedures.

- Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience leading a team.

- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
