Job Objective:

Our company Marine ERP Product is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. Our ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities

:Analyzing various aspect of PMS and other modules and prepare document as per the need.Understanding and documenting client requirementsAnalyzing gaps between the user requirements and our ERP Product features and provide input to the JiBe teamTo test/check functional aspects of modules developed by our team and produce desired report/outcome.Contribute in training to internal/external users of our ERP Product on PMS and related modules whenever requiredTo create software related documents. (Software feature documents, Help documents, FAQs, Workflow documents etc) as per the requirement of the team

Ship visit and other responsibilities

:Attain vessel for our product implementation/issue fixing and training purposesAssist vessel in the data collection process and update of PMS data onboard;Training of Shipboard personnel on use of our ERP Product and other modules; including back up of database and system recovery;Provide support to vessels / remote offices for our software and related modules.

Qualifications and Skills3rd/ 2nd engineer or equivalent with minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant shore job experience on vessel Data building on MS Excel ( by using V look up etc)Knowledge on vessel PMS , data building of vessel PMS on MS Excel or in Marine softwareExperience and deep understanding of the enterprise computing needs of ship management companiesFluency in written and spoken English . Excellent typing skillsTeam player with good interpersonal and communication skillsData Building on MS Excel
