We at Brego Business, are on the lookout for a Senior Executive- Performance Marketing.Job Role & Responsibilities:Converting client ad spending into direct revenue by managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp) and E-Commerce marketplacesStrategizing and overseeing performance growth, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals.Managing daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to meet and increase ROAS.Planning and optimizing landing page tests and continuously implementing A/B testing for PPC ads.Building budget recommendations and media plans to drive client success.Collaborating with marketing teams to discover data-driven ways to optimize campaign performance.Reporting key performance indicators and lead generation insights during client reporting calls.Ensuring a test-and-learn approach in all campaign activities.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 3 year in a performance marketing role at a digital marketing agency.Proven experience working with B2B, B2C, and D2C clients across industries such as retail, fashion, and real estate .Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads , Google Ads , and Shopify Ads . Running sales campaigns is essential.Fair communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.What do we expect from you in the first 6 months?Get a decent grip on the business that you are supportingDeveloped strong working relations with the stakeholdersEvolve into a complete end-to-end campaign management role.Support the Paid Media HOD in strategy, execution, and reporting activities.Contribute to excellence in paid media through QC, hygiene, and adherence to best practices.If you are passionate to join us and eager to contribute your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
