Role Profile: Process Specialist – Client Reporting We are looking for a Process Specialist to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the business’s success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Process Specialist will have responsibility for the following key areas: Role description and responsibility overview Reviewing month end journals and book-keeping activities.. Preparing management accounts Suppliers – communicating to obtain information and interrogation. Client – communicating with the clients to obtain information and approval Payments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments. Month end – posting month end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journals VAT Returns – prepare for review Audit – preparation of year end audit file and collation of audit information. Overseeing the work prepared by Trainee or Process Associates Training the junior members of the team Supporting the Assistant Manager IT Systems requirements Xero, Sage, QuickBooks Candidate profile CA/ACCA part-qualified / qualified or MBA/Business graduate with a finance background More than 3 years relevant experience Proficiency in English communication. Communicates clearly and concisely Focused on internal and external client needs Calm and focused under pressure Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency Works with the utmost integrity, does the right thing Structured thinker, anticipates and solves problems Builds positive working relationships with energy Location / Hours - Noida. - Shift timings: 13:30 to 22:00 / 11:30 to 20:00 on a ( Weekly rotating basis).
