Cloud Engineer

We are searching for a Certified AWS Cloud Engineer to join our IT department. As a Cloud Engineer , your primary job will be to design, manage, and implement cloud-based systems and deploy applications according to business requirements. You will regularly collaborate with engineering and development teams to participate in planning, testing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure for our business.Additionally, you will establish security protocols, implement processes to deploy codes, monitor the infrastructure, setup alerts to send out notifications, mitigate data from computer systems to the cloud, introduce new processes to deliver the best cost effective solution and make cloud services available with 99% uptime. Also, you will resolve technical issues, evaluate existing systems to recommend improvements, and educate and train employees on cloud systems and platforms. You should be a team player.To be successful in this position, you need exceptional technical skills, such as cloud computing, programming languages, and DevOps, along with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesReduce the current Infrastructure Cost.Manage Git and Bitbucket RepositoryCreate & Manage CI CD PipelinesIaaSTerraform knowledge is a mustDesign and implement cloud-based systems and cloud applications for the businessEstablish security requirements and identify optimal cloud solutionsIdentify and resolve infrastructure irregularities and issuesParticipate in planning, developing, testing, and quality assurance of cloud-based systemsTroubleshoot and document technical issues and implement preventative measuresCollaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate the best cloud solutionsEstablish and manage project plans and timelines based on the company’s requirementsEducate and train employees on cloud systems, platforms and best practisesOptimize specific cloud systems operations to enhance speed and efficiencyConduct regular evaluations of existing systems and recommend improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related areaAWS certification is a must.Minimum 3- 4 years of experience designing and implementing cloud solutionsIn-depth applicable knowledge of several programming languages, importantly pythonFamiliarity with database architecture, business intelligence, and machine learningExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong analytical skillsCritical thinkerProblem-solverWho are weIVDISPLAYS DIGITAL SERVICES PVT LTD in its 13th year is an accredited software development business catering to global K-12 schools.
