Company - DCM Infotech  Position - US Inside Sales Representative Experience - 3 +  years  Location - Gurgaon ( Hybrid )  Job description : Skill Requirement :       Lead Generation & Prospecting, Pipeline Management      Consultative Selling      Communication & Relationship Building Tools & CRM Proficiency      Technical & Industry Knowledge Preferred candidate profile :          Minimum 3+ years of proven inside sales experience in the IT Services domain (including managed services, cloud computing, IT consulting, etc.) - US market     Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.     Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.      Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).      Strong CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and expert-level MS Office skills.      Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.      In-depth knowledge of the lead generation process.     Experience working with both SMB and enterprise clients.     Candidate must have experience in US market.
