Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for smooth production processes and dispatch to achieve the production targets as per given time frame and desired quality.Responsible for arranging Manpower, proper deployment as per the work requirement & empower/motivate them through trainings for productivity improvement.Ensure smooth supply of the raw material in coordination with purchase & procurement.Responsible for smooth operation of machines through timely maintenance and implementing preventive maintenance schedule ensuring the smooth running and safe working.Preparing manufacturing components drawings w. r. t. GA drawing for customised business.Responsible for implementation of applicable standards and group guidelines like, QMS, EMS and Legrand way guidelines.Responsible for monitoring and control of manufacturing cost, CNQ costs etc.Take appropriate safety measures to ensure zero man hours lost due to accidents.Support with ME for installation of new machinery if any.
Functional CompetenciesKnowledge of Sheet metal prod, CNC T machines, welding processes, CNC Turret Punch Press, customized product.Knowledge to handle machine setup, and breakdowns.Technical knowledge about the product & fabrication & knowledge of Engineering drawings & ability to prepare component drawings.Process and quality orientation.Problem solving and planning skills.
Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and ExperienceMinimum experience of 7 years.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point.Knowledge of AutoCAD/Programming & CNC Turret Punch Press is additional.
