AI Engineer

Overview An associate-level position involves a range of administrative duties with a focus on supporting various aspects of organizational development and change management. The associate actively participates in implementing changes and facilitating organizational growth.  Responsibilities We’re looking for candidates who - 2 or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions 2-3 years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations Hands on experience in developing cloud-based applications and distributed systems Qualifications Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related field Experience with innovation accelerators Experience with cloud environments Are Well-organized and detail-oriented Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business What will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan? Collaborating with development teams and product managers to create innovative software solutions Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards Work in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to developer teams to build their cloud competencies Responsibilities: Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation Manage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud applications, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modelling, and advanced analytics You need to be- Wildly curious and entrepreneurial Committed to customer success A self-starter invested in your future A persuasive communicator Deeply Analytical Excited about Disruptive Trends Benefits A friendly work environment with an ‘open door’ policy A strong career path with growth opportunities.
