Job Description for AWS Cloud Admin and Support:

Resource must have experience in Operations support (24*7) and should be flexible to work on 24*7 support (Morning, Afternoon and Night)

• Responsible for day-to-day administration duties including Linux server administration (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS, Oracle Enterprise Linux), Windows server administration (Windows server 2008R2, Windows server 2012R2, Windows server 2016, Windows server 2019, Windows server 2022) and troubleshooting and break fix for the above mentioned Operating systems including event log checks, service checks, Maintenance activities such as OS patching through Patch manager plus tool and Ansible or manual.

• Ability to configure NFS, Password less SSH, File system expansion (XFS, EXT4), disk partitioning, Swap space configuration, installing application related packages, removing application related package and kernel packages as needed.

• Implement, monitor, maintain and manage all AWS Infrastructure services like EC2, RDS, ALB, NLB, Transit gateways, Direct connect, Route table, VPC, EBS, IAM Roles with SSO, Lambda, Code pipelines, Security groups, AWS Backup, Encryption configuration for resources and troubleshooting of any issues in any of the services, vendor support coordination with AWS for PaaS related services.

• Ability to manage and maintain VMWare vCenter and ESXI hosts and perform monthly or quarterly or yearly patching and upgrade activities.

• Manage and maintain Nutanix HCI infrastructure and perform monthly or quarterly or yearly patching and upgrade activities.

• Advanced level of Administration of Linux server and windows server.

• Working experience on vulnerability management on Windows and Linux Operating system.

• Disaster recovery coordination with application teams every 6 months or as needed by supporting the complete DR activities.

• Creation or updating of SOPs used for operations support and ability to prepare all required documentation for audit related tasks and for monthly reviews or weekly reviews with customer.

Experience: 3-5 years

Notice period: Immediate- 30days(More than 30days NP not acceptable)

NOTE: This is not for DevOps requirement. We are looking for resources for AWS Cloud administration and support (Operations Support).

- Resource is flexibility to work on 24*7 support (including night shift support)- Resource is with Cloud Operations support experience and willing to be part of Cloud Operations support.- Resource is having experience in AWS Cloud Administration, Windows Administration (OS Support) or Linux Administration (OS Support), VMWare Administration (Hypervisor management)
