Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD/SM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions within SAP SD and SM modules.
• Configure and maintain:
• Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing)
• Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Warranties
• Resource-Related Billing (DP90)
• Integrate SD and SM processes with other modules (MM, FI, PM).
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements.
• Support end-user training and documentation.
• Participate in SAP rollout/implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or SM modules.
• Proven experience in configuration and process design.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Service Management flows.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in SD or SM modules.
• Knowledge of integration with CRM, CS, or PM modules.
• Exposure to Service Notifications, Equipment Management, and Installed Base (IBase).
• Experience with project-based services or field service operations.
