We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruitment Marketing (RMK) modules. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of these modules, meeting the organization's talent acquisition objectives.


Duties and responsibilities:


· Act as the subject matter expert in SuccessFactors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for RCM, ONB, and RMK processes.

· Configure and maintain recruitment workflows, permission settings, candidate management, and system integration activities.

· Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to RCM, ONB, and RMK modules.

· Train end-users on the effective use of SuccessFactors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules to ensure maximum utilization and adoption.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.

· High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends related to talent acquisition.


Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills:


Must Have:

· Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates.

· Minimum 7 Years work experience

· At least 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK is a must.

· SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.

· Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.

· Certifications in SuccessFactors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules are highly desirable.

· Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.

· Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.

· Expertise in provisioning system.

· Agile delivery experience.


Good to Have:

· Have experience with any one or more of these modules SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central(EC), Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM) consulting experience.


Key Competencies:


Subject Matter Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in SuccessFactors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules. Able to provide guidance, support, and best practices to stakeholders.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to SuccessFactors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify system-related issues.

Agile Delivery Experience: Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience in delivering projects using Agile practices.
