Role: AI Backend Developer – Python

Compensation: ₹15 – 40 LPA

We are seeking a Python Backend Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems for AI-driven products. The ideal candidate should have solid backend fundamentals, experience integrating ML/AI models into production, and the ability to optimize for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services for AI applications.
  • Build APIs and microservices to serve ML models in production.
  • Optimize performance, latency, and scalability of AI workloads.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productize models.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and best practices in deployment.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI / Flask / Django).
  • Experience with AI/ML integration , model serving, or data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Bonus: Knowledge of distributed systems, MLOps, or GPU-based deployments.
