Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Node.js Developer at Wedium located in Bhubaneswar. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing scalable and optimized web applications using Node.js and other related technologies. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing server-side components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions, and ensuring the performance, security, and availability of the applications.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and related frameworks (such as Express.js)
  • Experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React)
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in backend development
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services using NestJS and Express frameworks.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure on EC2, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Develop efficient querying mechanisms using OpenSearch and Elasticsearch.
  • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain robust and scalable microservices.
