Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.- Accounts Reconciliation: Reviewing all accounts and reconciling discrepancies.- Dispute Resolution: Coordinating with other departments to resolve student related disputes.- Reporting: Generating reports and analysis for management (Monthly wise)- Financial statement preparation: Assisting in preparing annual Revenue, Scholarship and providing input on accounts receivable projections.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal department, students & parents- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.- Accounting Principles: Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping.- Accounting Software: Knowledge of accounting software programs for data entry and financial management.- Advance Excel: (Count IF, Sum IF, Vlook up, & Preparation of different dashboard.
