The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including static visuals and videos.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns, identifying suitable influencers and negotiating partnerships.
  • Implement and monitor search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive organic traffic.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure timely approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns from the brand side.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, SEM, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
