Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Project Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct social media audits and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize content.
  3. Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  4. Create engaging content calendars, including copywriting, visual design, and video production.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, and account management) to ensure integrated marketing approaches.
  6. Monitor and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  8. Manage client relationships, communicate project progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
  9. Lead internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, project management, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and advertising capabilities.
  4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in social media analytics tools.
  6. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and client management skills.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  3. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
  4. Certification in social media marketing or a related field.
