You will spend your time :

  • Testing CLI and related services that power Lineaje SBOM360.
  • Authoring Test plans and Test Cases for new features developed for Lineaje SBOM360
  • Monitoring indicators of quality across CLI features used by different Lineaje products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Customer escalations in Lineaje
  • Authoring Automation scripts to test CLI and related services that power Lineaje SBOM360
  • Working in a dynamic environment involving research and development of the core product
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate customer onboarding
  • Communicating regularly with project stakeholders on status, schedule, and risk factors through each phase of implementation
  • Facilitating customer outcomes across various teams to deliver positive results
  • Working remotely from anywhere in India and occasionally traveling for organization events in Bengaluru.


What you will need :

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a QA is required. Engineers with up to 12 years of experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in highly technical roles in QA at large organizations or innovative startups
  • Hands-on experience in QA test automation on Cloud or Network security platforms 
  • Proficient programming experience with Python is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience in Automation Framework Development using Python
  • Experience with working with customers and understanding customer scenarios
  • Demonstrated understanding of good software testing and automation engineering practices
  • Dedication to effective and optimized testing
  • A working knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies
  • Familiarity with SCM tools like GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
  • Resiliency with a positive attitude – this is an early-stage startup


We would be lucky if you :

  • Have experience in testing CLIs.
  • Have a good knowledge of scale testing
  • Are familiar with Linux distributions like Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.
  • Have experience in using and customizing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Are familiar with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Are familiar with deploying and testing Containers.
  • Have a working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools (e.g. Jira, VScode, Docker) and cloud environments
  • Are capable of joining Lineaje in 1 month at the most.


Hybrid Policy

This is a remote opening for now and will transition to a Hybrid role in 2024 Q3. Only candidates from Bengaluru should apply.
