Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor specializing in CAT & IPMAT. The role is located in Jaipur. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to prospective students, conducting information sessions, assisting with the application process, and addressing student inquiries. Additional duties include maintaining detailed records of interactions and following up with students to ensure a smooth admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service experience and Sales skills
• Background in Education
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other admission-related tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
