About our client A leading NBFC Position Title: Chief Manager/ AVP Program Manager RCU Location: Chennai Experience: 10 - 15 Yrs. exp in Banking / Financial Services This role is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of technological solutions, Monitoring and Closure all compliance requirements on Fraud risk, act as an interface between Analytics team, IT and RCU operations teams, review analytical models and its effectiveness, documenting and execution of SOPs, owning projects and tracking, preparing RCU dashboards for reviews and implement action points, building and maintaining healthy business relations with external and internal customers. Roles and Responsibilities Act as bridge between IT, Analytics and RCU operations Team Responsible for executing the proposed technological projects, leading the change. Planning and execution of central activities. Evaluating effectiveness of analytical models, tracking, and measuring performance. Responsible for design & deployment of technological solutions to control fraud losses. Drive, Manage and improvise automation on existing frauds checks and controls. Review of processes and identification of Gaps and suggesting for process improvements Should be hands on with system integrations, process digitization, candidates with analytical acumen and eye for details are ideal. Liaison with all Stakeholders Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Collections, Operations, Planning and Products Teams Management dashboards and MIS, preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Mentoring, training & developing team members to ensure operational efficiency and product knowledge Monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group KRAs
