About the Role:
Job Location - Panoli
Role & responsibilities:
M.Sc. in organic chemistry or analytical chemistry with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant laboratory experience in agrochemicals / chemical industries.
Hands-on experience of handling HPLC, GC, and other instruments and its troubleshooting.
Perform testing of incoming raw materials and final products as per specification and provide testing evaluations based on specifications and standards to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.
Experience in scientific research work to plan and conduct experiments that contribute to the improvement of existing products.
Interface with cross-functional disciplines and resources like the PD Lab, Technical Services, and Manufacturing.
Proficiency with computers and scientific equipment.
Good verbal and written communication, presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
Work as a part of a team and can work well with others.
Ready to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
