Role: Salesforce Architect

Please find the Job Description

  • Should experience on complex enterprise grade design, implementation, support and maintenance.
  • Should have Experience on Salesforce modules which includes Sales cloud and Service cloud.
  • Candidate should hold Salesforce solution architect Candidate should hold relevant Salesforce Architect & Consultant certifications.
  • Experience on Service Cloud voice inc. Voice and Amazon Connect, 3rd party call centre solution.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on the Experience Cloud.
  • Implement and maintain a responsive and user-friendly Experience Cloud interface.
  • Integration experience which is on MuleSoft – Must for S&S clouds. Good to have for financial.
  • Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external systems and applications as needed.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other integrated platforms.
  • Integration experience with sales force and other 3rd party tools
  • Good to have Fintech/ Payments domain experience with SF.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide technical expertise.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices.
  • Implement industry best practices for Salesforce development and design
  • Good Communication skillset and Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities and Strong verbal and written communication skills
