Job Description

R2R Process Excellence role responsibilities:

RPA ProcessesResponsible for (functional) maintenance and improvements related to RPA used for Inter-company reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and Transfer PricingMaintain functional scrips/templates and procedures related to the RPA tooling used within Finance OperationsInitiate changes / improvements to RPA and work together with IM and RAC teams to implement required updates and changes

ServiceNowResponsible for (functional) maintenance and improvements related to ServiceNow used for Inter-company invoicing and Manual Journal EntriesMaintain templates and procedures related to the ServiceNow tooling used within Finance Operations

The Successful Applicant

Requirement for R2R Process Excellence position:Master-degree in Finance or equivalent work experience preferredFinance professional with preferably ~5-8 years of relevant and in-depth work experience in R2R (processes and systems) and capable of analyzing data and complex processes and issuesHands-on mentality related to financial systems (SAP), operational processes and eager to learnPreferably work-experience with RPA solutions / AI solutionsAct as a respected, independent business partner to both internal and external customersAbility to work with different cultures and different management styles, and to influence people / teams from remote locationStrong multi-task, ability to follow-through and attention to details
