Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Description :

- 6+ yrs experience on Oracle HCM with 2-4 yrs minimum in oracle cloud/fusion

- Knowledge on HCM base cloud, Recruitment, Payroll

- Knowledge on Work Life Cloud, Workmen's Compensation, Goal Management is desirable

- Experience of working with ADP integration

- Knowledge on Oracle Time and Labor will be good to have

- Experience in preparing functional design documents for custom objects and to understand the existing design documents

- Experience of working in Production Support environment for a mid to big size client with all integrations across applications.

- Worked on at least 1 full cycle implementation (good to have)

- Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud including making REST /SOAP calls and FBDI File Uploads is an added advantage

- Good knowledge in handling support and maintenance projects is an added advantage.

- Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.

- Manage on-time changes delivery to business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements :
