Job Summary: The Competitive Exams Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to competitive exams from different campuses. This role involves coordinating with deans and principals, compiling and analyzing data using advanced Excel techniques, and preparing comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to present data insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Coordination:
- Coordinate with deans, principals, and other relevant staff across various campuses to gather competitive exams data.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected from different sources.
- Maintain a centralized database for all competitive exams data.
Data Analysis:
- Use advanced Excel techniques to analyze data, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other data analysis tools.
- Conduct detailed analyses based on location, scores, trends, and other relevant factors.
- Identify patterns and insights from the data to support academic planning and decision-making.
Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- Create visualizations, charts, and graphs to present data insights clearly and effectively.
- Present reports to senior management, deans, and principals, highlighting key findings and implications.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Implement improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Provide training and support to staff involved in data collection and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an academic or educational setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with deans, principals, and other stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
