We believe in creating solutions to address the current talent gap – Right Talent – Right Time – Right Place – Right Price.Growth Plans – Become global total talent management solutions partner catering to all aspects of hiring, managing, and retaining workforce for our clients including Contingent staffing, Direct hire, Statement of Work (SoW), Managed IT Services, Employer of Record (EOR), Agency of Record (AOR), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), IC Compliance, Diversity Spend Tracking & Management, On-Premises Vendor, Contact Centers/Helpdesk and Business Process Services (BPS).Job role: Trainee recruiter (US)Location: Noida or Banglore (onsite)Shift timings: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM ISTRole & Responsibilities (not limited to):Develop recruiting strategies for professionals.Participate in the full cycle of recruitment starting from sourcing a resume to getting a candidate started on the project.Responsible for creating a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting requirement targets, and providing regular status reports.Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.Draft recruitment job advertisements for advertising on job portals as well as social media platforms.Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.Create and maintain databases for candidates along with corresponding resume databases.Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.Facilitate contacts and network by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplaceIf you are interested and confident in the role, please send your CV to We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
