Role Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with extensive construction experience to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer at TAS, you will play a key role in planning, and overseeing projects on site. You will collaborate with our talented group of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects.


Responsibilities :


1. Project Planning and Execution:

  • Provide technical support during project construction
  • Monitor ongoing progress to maintain project trajectory


2. Quality Control:

  • Implement stringent quality control parameters ensuring construction work adheres to required specifications and building norms
  • Carry out regular site inspections and quality reviews, implementing corrective actions when needed
  • Preparing reports as and when required


3. Schedule Management:

  • Develop actionable project schedules to maintain construction workflow
  • Identify and address project risks and challenges
  • Adjust schedules proactively to meet project deadlines


4. Cost Management:

  • Prepare detailed specifications, BOQ’s and estimates
  • Continuously monitor construction progress and project budgets


5. Project Documentation:

  • Maintain project files, oversee the RFI process, write reports, and perform other construction-related tasks as needed
  • Checking the drawings, plans and quantities for feasibility of construction
  • Resolve technical issues with the team to produce solutions


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of Site Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of construction protocols
  • Comprehensive understanding of budget management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
