Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for an Interim Director at Finessefleet Foundation. The Interim Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the successful implementation of our educational programs. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, fundraising efforts, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, the Interim Director will play a key role in building partnerships and optimizing the foundation's outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of initiative
- Passion for education and a deep commitment to the foundation's mission
- Experience in the education sector or with educational programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
