We Anveta HR is looking for an innovative AWS and Snowflake Architect to manage the end-to-end lifecycle for our clients.

Role : AWS and Snowflake Data Architect

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Kalina Mumbai WFO

Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced - AWS and Snowflake Data Architect- to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions. The candidate will be responsible for crafting scalable data architectures, ensuring optimal performance, and integrating diverse data sources. You will collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and data engineers to build efficient, secure, and innovative data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Architecture and Design :

- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance data infrastructure using AWS and Snowflake.

- Develop end-to-end data solutions including data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines that address complex business needs.

- Lead the design of data models and data schema on Snowflake to support large-scale analytics, data warehousing, and reporting.

AWS Cloud Services :

- Architect and implement AWS-based solutions utilizing services like S3, Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, Athena, RDS, and EC2.

- Ensure security, performance optimization, and scalability in AWS infrastructure by implementing best practices, such as VPC setup, IAM roles, data encryption, and resource monitoring.

Snowflake Expertise :

- Oversee the design and deployment of Snowflake databases, ensuring optimization for performance, cost, and data integrity.

- Define and implement Snowflake best practices for data loading, partitioning, clustering, and query optimization.

Data Strategy & Integration :

- Develop a data architecture strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, and data security.

- Integrate data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.

- Ensure data governance, data quality management, and compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration and Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and developers, ensuring high standards in architecture design and development practices.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Conduct architecture reviews, recommend improvements, and ensure solutions are aligned with the overall technology strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, EC2, IAM) and their architecture patterns.

- Extensive experience with Snowflake data platform, including setup, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Expertise in designing and building large-scale, high-performance data platforms.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data processing and automation.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, and data modeling.

Experience :

- 8 to10 years of experience in data architecture and engineering roles.

- Proven track record of architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale data platforms on AWS and Snowflake.

- Experience in managing data pipelines and real-time data streaming from multiple sources.

- Prior experience in leadership roles, with a focus on mentoring and leading teams of engineers.

Certifications :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Big Data (required).

- Snowflake Architect or similar certifications (preferred).

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex data challenges.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and their data services.

- Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
