Job Description  

Job Title: - Lead – Editorial Strategy 

Location: - Mumbai (With occasional need for domestic travel) 

Experience: - 5 + years and above 

 

Below are the Key Performance Indicators for the role:  

  • New Pitches  

Acquiring new clients 

  • Creative ideation and deep research: Taking end-to-end responsibility of putting together a pitch deck, from getting the proper brief from the client to undertaking your research to putting together a content strategy and finally presenting it to the client. Identify our clients' problems, opportunities, pain, and passion points – and then get your team to address the issue and/or seize the opportunity. 
  • Creative thinking: Conceptualizing efficient campaigns for brands, whether for a product launch or a topical day. Participate in conversations around the creative route and the platforms to amplify the content. 

 

  • Existing client 

Growing content marketing efficacy for our marquee clients. 

  • Working with a team of strategists to work with some of India’s biggest brands, taking up    

       brand challenges and growing our business partnerships. 

  • Long-term account planning You will play a significant role in ensuring the growth of the brands already working with Scatter by being involved in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and measuring the success of these brands vis-à-vis the goal the client is chasing.
