The Automation Engineer is responsible for scaling deployment and configuration of the Linecraft AI product and adapting it to various use-cases.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Configuring the Linecraft product to suit various types of manufacturing lines and assets.- Prototyping various communication protocols, and interfaces with newly encountered industrial controllers.- Formulating rules to standardise machinery to streamline data operations.- Creating scalable processes to deploy projects in the industry.- Managing projects end-to-end involving global players in manufacturing.- Being the liaison between domain expertise and software development.- This role may also involve travelling to various plants located across India.
More about you:
- You have a B.Tech/B.E in any engineering field.- You have 1-2 years of experience of working, managing and executing projects in the manufacturing domain.- You are a highly motivated self-starter, eager to make an impact in this space.- You have a demonstrated capability in solving unstructured problems in industry.- You are a great communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills too.- You are detail oriented and have a penchant for complex problems.
You’re extra awesome if:
- You have experience in Python and a querying language such as SQL.- You have a data science background or completed related coursework- You have experience working in implementation of manufacturing- You have experience in configuring and working with SCADA, IOT Platforms.
