Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python , SQL , and data analytics , with proven expertise in requirement gathering , creating BRD/FRD , and working closely with stakeholders. Familiarity with tools like JIRA and experience in stakeholder management are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

2)Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) .

3) Perform data analysis using SQL and Python to derive insights and support decision-making.

4) Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

5) Manage and prioritize requirements using tools like JIRA .

6) Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvement initiatives.

7) Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.

8) Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights.

9) Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and risk assessments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

2) Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects.

3) Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis.

4) Strong understanding of requirement gathering processes and documentation.

5) Hands-on experience with JIRA for task and project management.

6) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

7) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8) Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

1) Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

2) Knowledge of data modeling and database management.

3) Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
