Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior AR Caller located in Bengaluru. The Senior AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, contacting insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims, verifying insurance eligibility, and handling denials and appeals. The individual will also be required to maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding claims, and ensure timely reimbursements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounts receivable management and medical coding and billing
  • Proficiency in handling insurance claims, eligibility verification, and resolving denials and appeals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Solid understanding of Medicaid/Medicare services and regulations
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or finance
