Company Overview:June Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of semiconductor consumable specializing in the design, production, and distribution of clean room garments and personal wearable for Semicon or SMT OR Industrial Electronics.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales personnel to join our team and expand our customer base within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of semiconductor products and the ability to sell to a variety of customers, including OEMs, distributors, and engineers. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that customers receive top-quality products and services.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the semiconductor industry. Appoint sales personal to build teamCustomer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Product Knowledge: Understand the technical specifications and applications of semiconductor products and communicate this information effectively to customers.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including but not limited to Semicon or any clean roomNegotiations: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the competitive semiconductor market.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production and marketing team to work strategy , exhibition and other activities to boost salesSales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, related fieldMinimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or
