Job Description:  We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is a qualified Cost Accountant (CA) with extensive expertise in financial management, mergers, acquisitions, and IPO valuation and process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing financial operations, optimizing performance, and leading financial strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Lead the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the process for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Evaluate and manage risks, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.
  • Drive the company's financial planning, performance, and analysis.
  • Lead and manage mergers, acquisitions, and integration processes.
  • Handle IPO valuation and process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Cost Accountant (CA).
  • Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or similar role.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and IPO processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
