Role summaryThird Party Risk Management Operations will have accountability to support the Sun Life’s Supplier Risk Management Program in terms of program awareness, operations efficiency and data quality. This role will report to xxxx, within the Global Procurement & Payment team who provide strategic procurement and payment services to the enterprise globally.What you will do?Business Partner Relationship ManagementAct as a subject matter expert in all organizational supplier risk management requirementsProvide guidance to supplier relationship managers on the requirements of the Third Party Risk Management throughout the supplier lifecycle and required tools, templates and methodologiesFacilitate certain supplier management processes (e.G. monthly validation questionnaires, continuous improvement, etc.) in partnership with supplier relationship managersLeverage dashboards and reports to identify red flags and address with supplier relationship managers accordinglyAct as gate keeper to ensure Third Party Risk Management program operated in compliance to Sun Life and regulator’s requirement ReportingSupport the development and maintenance of appropriate organizational reporting on supplier riskWhat you need to succeed: University degree /BTECHStrong client service orientation with good interpersonal skillStrong consulting and relationship management skillsStrong verbal and written communications skills2 years of experience in risk and supplier managementVendor Master Data Administrator Administration support and other tasks related to master data management,-Execute vendor creations or modifications,-
Reporting activities to support planned procurement and business operation, System expertise:· Knowledge of SAP (S2P Module, contract Management, S4 Hana)· MS Office (word, excel, power point)· Docu-sign · TPRM tool · Service NowQualifications: Minimum 2 to 5 years of Experience with TPRM, PR and PO process, vendor contracts and an understanding of third-party risk management, catalogue Management ,Guided buying etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word). Prior Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Establishes good rapport with internal clients and external vendors to ensure good working relationships. ·Demonstrated analytical skills, including aptitude towards problem identification, resolution, and comprehension. Ability to manage work to fixed deadlines, and transparently and concisely report on work progress.Experience with e-procurement systems (e.G. Ariba) and ServiceNowGood understanding of sourcing/procurement process, supplier risk and supplier lifecycle managementAbility to act independently and support business partners through issue resolution process with suppliersGood MS Office skills
