Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in export documentation.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Prepare and process export documentation, including shipping instructions, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documents in compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
  • Manage and update export documentation records and files.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties to resolve any documentation discrepancies or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in export regulations and trade compliance requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the export department as needed.
