Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in export documentation.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and process export documentation, including shipping instructions, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documents in compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
- Manage and update export documentation records and files.
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties to resolve any documentation discrepancies or issues.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in export regulations and trade compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the export department as needed.
