Job Purpose

As part IFCFR compliance, need dedicated resource to test Circle , Corporate & Subsidiaries controls which includes ICFR activities such as monitoring the Controls Self-Assessment. Design and operating effectiveness testing.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Conduct process walkthroughs with process owners to evaluate risks and the controls designed to mitigate them. Compile, draft, and document the Risk Control Matrix (RCM), including Entity Level Controls, process flows, and narratives. Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls. Coordinate with corporate process owners and statutory auditors for control testing audits and resolve queries. Oversee Control Self-Assessment (CSA) using online tools, provide training to users, and analyze evidence submitted. Report the status of testing to management and relevant stakeholders. Identify opportunities for automating control performance

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Knowledge of business controls and their effectiveness. Experience in conducting design and operating effectiveness assessments. Familiarity with audit sampling methods and resolving audit queries. Knowledge of finance and accounting principles. Experience with online GRC PC tools and ICFR tools for Control Self-Assessment (CSA). Ability to coordinate effectively with process owners and statutory auditors. Strong communication skills for reporting to management and training users. Identify and recommend areas for automating control performance. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
