Ensureall incoming enquiries from prospective families are attendedpromptly effectively and professionally according to protocols andbest practices
Engagepositively with prospective families while providing accurate andrelevant information and guidance that will convert to appointmentsand ultimately enrolment in respective school of choice
Effectivelymanaging workloads in a fastpaced environment
Effectivelywork as a team to plan coordinate and execute effective inbound andoutbound campaign that promotes high conversion rate
Proactivelyprovide feedback to ensure effective communication strategiespositive customer experience and higherconversion
Abilitiesand Skills
Knowledgeand understanding of primary and secondary school environment andadmissions process is an added advantage
Abilityto understand apply and use a variety of software applicationsincluding sound knowledge of standard computing tools includingMicrosoft Office applications online databases email and webbasedresearch tools.
Experienceusing Hubspot and Engage softwarepreferred
Abilityto manage social media is an addedadvantage
Experiencein an urban school with students of various racial ethnic andsocioeconomic backgrounds preferred
Abilityto work collaboratively and establish rapport with diverse familiesand schoolstaff
Abilityto organise and coordinate work independently and set priorities inthe context of a full multifaceted set of responsibilities.
Abilityto exercise good judgment and discretion particularly in mattersrelative to sensitive or confidential student records personnel ororganisational matters.
Abilityto engage in selfevaluation with regard to performance andprofessional growth;
Abilityto establish and maintain cooperative working relationships withstudents staff and others

RequiredQualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college oruniversity
Minimum68 years experience in sales and/or customer service environment
Strongproficiency in English (Written &Spoken)
Strongproficiency in Telugu (Written &Spoken)
