Job description

We're Hiring – Visual Designer

We're looking for a Visual Designer who can bring creativity, innovation, and brand consistency to our projects. If you enjoy working on presentations, immersive web experiences, and AI-driven training videos — this role is for you

Location: Pune (Work From Office only)

Experience: 2–4 years

Looking for immediate joiners or people with 1 month NP only

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain brand-consistent content using Google Slides, Docs, and MS Office Suite.
  • Design engaging web experiences on G-Sites.
  • Leverage Synthesia to produce personalized, AI-driven training videos.
  • Develop impactful graphics for print and digital media.
  • Build high-fidelity mockups to gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and documents using G-Suite, Synthesia, and MS Office Suite.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends in G-Sites, G-Slides, and Synthesia.
  • Share creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience in Visual Design with proven expertise in G-Sites, G-Slides, and Synthesia.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong foundation in design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Video editing knowledge is an added advantage.
