Ability to prepare and examine financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurate and legal. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for compiling financial reports and data analysis, enabling informed business decisions. Understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and their effective implementation in accounting. Experience in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial forecasts to evaluate company financial health. Knowledge in general accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation. Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills to compile, verify and interpret financial data accurately. Roles and Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and timely report to the management on financial status. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain precise financial records and mitigate discrepancies. Execute audits on financial transactions and document accounting control processes. Analyze financial data to predict future financial trends, thereby assisting management in decision-making. Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements as per compliance. Liaise with our internal team as well as external auditors and consultants to ensure precise execution of tasks.
