Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect robust backend systems and databases using Node.js and SQL.- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services.- Lead system design discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in backend development and system architecture.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development with expertise in Node.js and SQL.- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in system design and architecture.- Proven track record in building scalable and efficient backend services and APIs.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with version control systems like Git.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in cloud computing platforms and services.- Prior work in a Fintech or high-growth tech environment.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
