Description

Sr. Associate UX DesignerWe are seeking a Senior Associate UX Designer to work alongside the design, development and product teams to deliver delightful user experiences that drive measurable business impact.Principal Responsibilities:Design modern and efficient single page applications that address unique user challenges and workflows that support our customer experience.Work with our design practice and approach forward by nurturing new ideas from concept to execution along with your creative peersFoster a healthy culture of design criticism and learning by having an active voice in cross-functional design reviews.Interact with Product owners and business leaders to understand business needsLeverage existing data and customer trends to inform UX recommendationsAnalyze user insight research and usability activities to understand existing challenges, inform strategic and creative direction—including user research, user testing and customer journey mapping—to make strategic recommendations that will advance our experiencesCreate wireframes and prototypes, lead user testing exercises and document UX design recommendationsContribute to presentations, delivering strategic UX recommendations with confidence and convictionWork closely with the technical team to implement UI solutions and ensure the technology executes on the vision and requirementsEvaluate and identify UX improvements within existing products/platforms and provide design solutionsExecute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment while continually striving to iterate on and improve the creative process.Required Qualifications:6+ years of experience in producing UX Design work and presenting design solutions based on business strategy and user needs5+ years of working knowledge of UX tools such as, Sketch, Figma, Adobe and UserZoomStrong portfolio demonstrating experience leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions within a complex business environment, similar to, if not within, the healthcare or insurance services industryAbility to clearly articulate goals and UX decisions and know how to use data and research to back up your work.Ability to interpret, translate, and extend existing brand guidelines in the context of developing creative assets.Experience working in ad agency or corporate environment and highly knowledgeable about new and emerging digital technologies and trendsExperience in user testing and prototypingStrengths: User-centered design, UI design, and visual design, communicationFront-end development skills are a plusAbility to work independently, under tight deadlines and manage multiple task
