We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining data-driven solutions that directly impact business outcomes. A key part of your work will involve leveraging your expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create innovative products and enhance existing systems.Responsibilities ????Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.Design, build, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Gen AI models to solve complex business problems.Develop and implement solutions using advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in data science, machine learning, and Gen AI.Qualifications ????5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.1+ year of hands-on experience with Gen AI and LLM development, including fine-tuning and deployment of models.Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and relevant libraries such as Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and Hugging Face.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment and management.A strong background in machine learning fundamentals, NLP, and statistical analysis.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
