Compliance Director We are seeking an experienced Compliance Director to lead and oversee our organization's compliance program, ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory requirements, risk management, and corporate governance. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance policies and procedures. Monitor and assess compliance risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place. Lead compliance audits and investigations, reporting findings to senior management and regulatory bodies as necessary. Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance. Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to integrate compliance into business processes. Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or inspections. Prepare and present compliance reports to the board of directors and executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs. In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the industry. Proven leadership and management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
