Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients for IT products/services.
  • Explain software solutions, IT services, or training programs clearly.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly with prospects.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of telecalling or inside sales experience (IT domain preferred).
  • Excellent communication in Hindi and basic English.
  • Knowledge of basic IT terms and concepts.
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
