Roles & Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:● Design scalable, robust, and secure mobile and web architectures, primarily focusing on ReactNative for mobile applications and .NET for backend services.Technical Leadership:● Lead and mentor development teams, particularly in mobile application development usingReact Native, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Project Oversight:● Oversee the technical aspects of mobile and web project development, including planning,design, implementation, and maintenance, with a focus on React Native.Code and Architectural Reviews:● Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviews to ensure high-qualityoutputs, particularly for mobile applications.Requirement Analysis:● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, translatingthem into technical specifications with a focus on mobile-first solutions.

Solution Development:● Develop frontend components for mobile applications using React Native and backendcomponents using .NET Core, ensuring seamless integration and performance.Cloud Integration:● Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure, focusing on mobileapplication deployment and scalability.Performance Optimization:● Optimize mobile application performance, ensuring efficient resource usage, fast load times,and scalability.Documentation:● Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, schemas, detailedsystem designs (DSD), and functional specifications (FSD) for mobile and backend systems.Innovation:● Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and .NET technologies,incorporating innovative solutions to enhance mobile application performance and userexperience.Collaboration:● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including mobile developers, backenddevelopers, designers, QA, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects.Technical Strategy:● Define and drive the technical strategy for mobile applications, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals and objectives.Quality Assurance:● Ensure the implementation of unit testing frameworks (Jest for React Native, XUnit for .NET) tomaintain high-quality code.

Primary Skills Required:

We are looking for experienced programmers with a deep understanding of mobile applicationarchitecture in React Native and backend services in .NET Core. Candidates should be proficient inmobile-first development and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities:● Lead mobile application development using React Native (70% focus).● Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviews.● Provide accurate estimations for mobile and backend project tasks.● Develop and optimize mobile applications and backend services.● Create architecture diagrams, schemas, DSDs, and FSDs.● Drive technical strategy and lead teams to meet strategic objectives.● Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.Experience Required:Mobile Application Development:● Minimum of 5+ years of experience using React Native.● Proficiency with State Management, Context API, Native Modules, and React Navigation.● Minimum of 3+ years of experience in unit testing using Jest or a similar framework.Backend Development:● Minimum of 4+ years of experience using .NET Core microservices.● Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Web API development using .NET Core.● Minimum of 2+ years of experience in unit testing using XUnit or a similar framework.Cloud Deployment:● Minimum of 3+ years of experience in AWS or Azure cloud deployment.Additional Skills:● Working knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, etc.).● Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.● Knowledge of mobile data structures, algorithms, and API lifecycle.● Experience with mobile accessibility and responsive design is a plus.● Expertise in React Native, .NET, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and related technologies.Desirable Attributes:● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in mobile-first solutions.● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.● Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality mobile software.● Ability to learn and adapt to new mobile technologies quickly.
